Shaun has 15 years experience in talent, including building award-winning infrastructure that helped to scale a company from 500 to 5,000 people in 2.5 years.
He operates with the core belief that TA is a sales function and thinks in pipelines, conversion rates, and commercial outcomes.
Matt Scott

Matt Scott joined in early 2026 to lead our technical work.
He has a track record of building tools for sales teams that have generated over €500m in revenue, and is now applying that thinking to talent infrastructure.
